Position Summary

To assist Quality Assurance Manager to maintain and improve the food safety management system on food hygiene and food safety standard, and to increase the awareness of health and safety for FandB of Galaxy Macau.

Primary Responsibility

1. Maintain the food hygiene and food safety standard for FandB of Galaxy Macau. 2. Ensure kitchen operation is working according to the QA related procedure and documents. 3. Ensure all the HACCP related records, such as temperature records, chemicals checking records, are correctly filled in. 4. Plan and collect in-house samples 5. Conduct training to all food handling staff in regard to basic Hygiene rules and stream food hygiene system, and health and safety to all related parties. 6. Conduct internal audits with both kitchen and restaurant together with the Chef de Cuisine and Outlet Manager on a regular basis and come up with suggestion of improvements. 7. Perform all other tasks and duties as assigned by management from time to time. 8. Conduct health and safety inspection to improve the workplace safety. 9. Support the QA Team for internal hygiene checking system and operation

Requirements

- With minimum 2 years’ working experience in hospitability industry or related experience - With solid experience in establishment of Food safety / Quality systems in a sized catering company - With Food Science qualification or related disciplines - Good communication skills and a good team player
