Description:
Position Summary
Provide proactive and interactive customer services with hotels and promenade information, which resulted to enhance the guests experience during the visit
Primary Responsibility
- Greets and ensures that all guests are attended at all times in friendly and helpful manner and attempts to learn to use guest's name at every opportunity
- Maintains exemplary department standards of behavior and appearance and attitude
- Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the serviec counter area as kept clean and in an orderly state at all times
- Has full knowlege of Hotel facilities / restaurants / shopping information
- Ensures guests receive prompt attention and request will be fulfilled immediately
- Provides information pertaining to Hotel's facitlties / restaurant and retail shops to be of interest to the guests
- Ensures the guests familiar the hotel's restaurants and retail shops operating hours and each outlet's specialty
- Ensures that all service counter equipments are accounted for and are always in good conditions
- Maintains a neat and tidy appearane at all times
- Assumes other duties assigned by management as required
Requirements
- Knowledge and Skills : Hotel / Shopping Mall facitities and guest service
- Education : Hotel Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Experience : Relevant experience of guest service in concierge is an advantage
- Personality : Initiative, organized and detail-oriented, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language : Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Knowledge of another foreign language would be advantage
- Physical requirement : Male - 170cm or above and Female - 163cm or above
