Position Summary

Analyst is responsible to support technically and functionality of all Gaming systems in terms of hardware, software and application to ensure maximum system operation and performance. Use technology to enhance business process.

Primary Responsibility

Including the following. Other duties may be assigned as required. • Provide application support on Casino gaming application. • Document business flows and identify gaps in business and system flows • Coordinate with software development staff or vendors on application support matters. • Provide technical solutions and systems configurations to meet users’ requirement. • Controlled processing of support requests for nominated systems in a timely and effective manner according to the defined SLA. • Provide instruction to clients in the use of system and applications to maintain user confidence. • Ensure operation scenarios and procedures are documented for systems and support functions. • Perform system test to ensure the quality products are delivered and meet user expectation.

Requirements

• 2 years relevant working experience on Casino Gaming Application Support or development • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent • Good command of written and spoken English. • Able to work independently and efficiently. • Good working knowledge of the processes and procedures that will be in use and how these relate to the operation of IT Systems. • Good communications, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels with internal and external parties are also needed. • Work under on-call basis if needed. • Understanding on PMP and ITIL is an advantage.
