Position Summary

This position mainly supports the leisure sales team operations and business administration. Reporting to the Sales Planning team leader, he/she is the team’s go-to-person for general administrative support. He/she shall also provide assistances on the execution of different projects in terms of logistics and guest’s arrangement. Strong knowledge on financial budgeting, accounting, forecasting and accrual process would be an advantage for this position.  
 

Primary Responsibility

1. Support the team members, team leaders and department head to achieve sales targets and year goals complying with the company directions and business strategies 
2. General administration to the entire leisure sales team on daily operation and business administration by working closely with Finance, Procurement, Legal, Teleservices, HR, IT and Hotel Operations 
3. Responsible to closely monitoring the departmental budget, financial forecast, month end P&L and cost control
4. Assist on the coordination of logistics and guest’s arrangement (e.g. Leisure Sales Group, Business Guests) working with internal and external stakeholders
5. Conduct research, collect market intelligence and consolidate information for regular business reporting and presentation 
6. Identify opportunities to increase efficiency on sales support process and system by streamlining workflow
7. Be the team gatekeeper for Leisure Sales collaterals and giveaways on stock monitoring, sourcing, ordering and delivering

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing field or equivalent professional is preferred 
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experiences in Business Administration, Sales Planning, Hotel Sales, Revenue Management or Marketing, with 1 year of managerial experiences is preferred
3. Passionate to help and be the go-to-person for the team on business administrative support
4. Strong knowledge on financial budgeting, accounting, forecasting and accrual process would be an advantage
5. Attention to details and ability to work accurately under pressure
6. Flexible in working hours and willing to invest time contributing to a high performance team
7. Strong planning, time management and prioritizing skills
8. Capable in decision-making to be supported by sound and well thought out proposals
9. Outstanding communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (verbal and written)  
10. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint is fundamental. Knowledge on Sales, Revenue or Business system such as Delphi, Opera, PowerBI and SAP would be advantages
