Assistant Manager (Foot Hub)

Position Summary

The Assistant Manager - Foot Hub reports to Operations Manager - Foot Hub and responsible to carry out daily operational and duties to assure smooth operations and complete guest satisfaction in Foot Hub.

Primary Responsibility

  • Assist Operations Manager to manage Foot Hub daily operations including general reception duties to maintain high quality customer service
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of professional therapists and masseuses to operate efficiently, maximize sales and profits, and to provide the best foot reflexology experience to clients
  • Coordinate and supervise training to therapists on foot reflexology treatments and operations
  • Monitor staff performance, hold daily, weekly and monthly team meetings and handle manpower requirements of the Foot Hub
  • Continuous evaluations of team productivity and review with team individually and group to ensure productivity level are achieved. Perform Staff Evaluation on regular basis with proposed action plans.
  • Manage inventory, staff management and record keeping.

Requirements

  • Possess a friendly personality and have a huge passion for foot reflexology
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in a hotel Foot Hub or day Foot Hub environment
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Foot Hub operation and services
  • Qualified therapist background with beauty/foot reflexology diplomas and professional training before would be an asset
  • Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. English would be a plus
  • Computer skills required. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Basic understanding of and ability to adopt a new Foot Hub management software
  • Willing to work with flexible schedule involving shifts and weekends
  • Presentable, sociable, proactive and responsible
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Have excellent people management abilities and multi-tasking capabilities.
