Position Summary

The Food Bank Team exists to support an efficient operation Food Bank and goods distribution of Central Production Kitchen. The Food Keeper will be reponsible for daily operations of food bank, receiving and process incoming stock, organizing and maintaining inventory, and operating food bank equipment. This position is essential to our business operations and requires a strong physique, willing to learn and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse operation is an advantage - Work 6 days a week in an operational team, flexible regular day off - Strong physique, able to work in freezing environment - Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and good teamwork - Good in understanding Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English - Basic skill in Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)

Primary Responsibility

- Maintain daily Food Warehouse operation, including use dedicated system to receive items, dispatch items, stock take and inventory anagement - Sort and stack items on shelves/storage boxes in an appropriate manner - Organize and distribute food and consumables to the appropriate storage rooms and ensure that they are arranged according to standards. - Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the food warehouse - Ensure the provision of quality products - Check expiration dates, damaged label and packaging - Implement FIFO (First In First Out) - Maintain inventory records as required (data entry/documentation) - Require physical activities at warehouse and accomplish any other tasks as assigned by department head
