Position Summary

  1. HR Partnership Operations

  3. HR Projects & Team Member Initiatives

Primary Responsibility

  • Support and deliver Team Member (TM) life cycle processes such as hiring and onboarding, TM movement, salary review, complaint and grievance, TM feedbacks and engagement and separation.
  • Provide analytical support to HR workforce planning including secondment pool management. Build and monitor HR key productivity metrics to inform manpower need and supply.
  • Support the design and implementation of HR communication and engagement initiatives (e.g. Townhall, Newsletter)
  • Support and implement all other HR projects and Team Member initiatives
  • Provide HR advisory with an accurate interpretation and communication of HR policy and procedures
  • Produce management information and reports
  • Ensure all HR administration, processes and procedures are consistently managed and delivered
  • Ensure all HR operation tasks within the team are delivered on time and to the required standard

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR & Administration experience with 2+ years in business partnering
  • Full spectrum of HR functional skills and strong analytical skills

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree, experience in hospitality industry will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and consulting skills, good at problem solving and analytics
  • Detailed oriented and able to handle multiple priorities
  • Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels
  • Strong sense of responsibility and motivated
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • People oriented with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to communicate and write in fluent English and Chinese
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Well versed in Macau Labour Law and market practices
