Position Summary
The Masseur - Foot Hub reports to Supervisor - Foot Hub and responsible to carry out daily operational and duties to assure smooth operations and complete guest satisfaction in Foot Hub.
Primary Responsibility
Provide the excellent and professional massage treatments in 5-star hotel standard.
Build up and maintain the good relationships with customers.
Have a complete understanding of and adhere to the foot hub/ hotel policies and procedures.
Assist Managers on the foot hub daily operations as and when required.
Position Summary

Requirements
Minimum 2 years' work experience in a hotel Foot Hub or day Foot Hub environment
Certified in massage therapist.
Good command of speaking Cantonese or Putonghua and advantage
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Positive services attitude, motivated, dedicated and enthusiastic
Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
Aspires to the 5-star hotel standard of service and care for customers
