Position Summary

The role of Secretary provides all secretarial and administrative tasks to EVP of Public Relations. In addition, the role  also extends the administrative and related support to the Public Relations department

Primary Responsibility

'• Handling team finance payment requests and other processes  
• Coordinate team members training 
• Manage and track departmental HR matters e.g. sick leave, onboarding, business trip applications, and other matters
• Support reservation requests on meeting room, limousines, corporate pool car and others
• Coordinate with IT for applying IT access or equipment for the team
• Coordinate with engineering on security, repair and maintenance of the office equipment 
• Keep stock of office supplies and process purchase order as need 
• Manage public areas in PR department to comply with workplace health and safety
• Initiate enhancement of departmental operations to realize continuous improvement

Requirements

'• Degree in Business Administration/ Communications/ Public Relations is preferred
• Experience in office administration/secretarial role is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant and out-going personality
• Good communication  in both written and spoken English and Chinese
