Position Summary
The Senior Manager role contributes to GEG’s success by helping implement organization setup frameworks and processes. Key aspects of the role include assessing implementation readiness, understanding changes, system implications and stakeholder perspectives, as well as preparing, tailoring and delivering briefing materials to various audiences
Primary Responsibility
- Assess readiness for organization concepts and processes to move from design phase into implementation phase
- Identify and clearly articulate changes, including system implications, to relevant stakeholders
- Understand motivations and areas of concern of stakeholders to develop communications strategy and materials
- Deliver briefings to various audiences, answer questions and collect feedback for continuous improvement
- Identify KPIs and assist in the development of ongoing tracking reports
- Assist in the development of process and authority setting governance documents
- Assist in mapping existing processes / stakeholders, diagnosing pain points and designing improved solution
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years+ experience in human resources, project implementation and/or change management
- Prior experience in organization setup, job architecture and role design would be advantageous
- Prior experience with SAP / SuccessFactors systems and system changes would be advantageous
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent senior level influencing, written and verbal communication skills
