Senior Manager

Position Summary

Senior Manager is responsible for day-to-day direct oversight of the work of team members ensuring efficient management and effective operation of the Hotel Operations in accordance with business objectives and the corporate vision.

Primary Responsibility

•    Prepare Hotel / Casino budget and annual business plan
•    Perform periodic analysis of key business drivers, prepare of variance analysis, cost studies, general business analysis and recommend courses of action
•    Coordinate and prepare the annual budget including the Casino / Rooms, Food and Beverage and other operating departments
•    Perform other financial analysis including Cash flows, pro-formats and other analysis as required
•    Recruit, Manage, coach and develop the personnel, including the directing and setting of performance objectives to ensure key department and business objectives are achieved, identify training needs as required and succession requirements are satisfied
•    Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

•    Possess university qualification, Master degree preferred in Business / Finance discipline
•    Minimum 5 years experience in financial analysis, budgeting and business planning
•    Possess outstanding computer skills and sound knowledge of financial analytical technique, business database and MS Office suit of products (including advanced level of Excel)
•    Fluent in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is an advantage
•    Prior supervisory experience is preferred
