Assistant Manager (Building Maintenance)

职务概述

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Building Maintenance and assisting the Manager to ensure a smooth operations and maintenance of the External Façade, Internal Fit Out and Furniture. He/ She also has to supervise a team of frontline staff to provide effective and efficient support to duty team in dealing with work orders over the properties of the Galaxy Macau Resort and Casino & Broadway Macau

岗位职责

• Assist in the operations and maintenance of the Building External Façade & Internal Fit out & Furniture
• Work closely with service providers and contractors to provide on-time, quality and up-to-standard services to the Galaxy Macau Resort and Casino
• Supervise the Supervisors, Senior Technicians and Technician to provide effective and efficient support to daily operations
• Ensure safe and healthy working conditions to the subordinates
• Comply with established policies and procedures
• Assist in routine audits, quality assurance inspections, risk assessments, maintenance trend analysis and other routine technical management tools to ensure continual improvement of works & procedures
• Promote a culture of Occupational Health and Safety through on-the-job training and effective daily communication with the teams and enforcement of related policy and procedure.
• Participate in the Engineering and Facilities – Building Team roster
• Establish a systematic filing system to keep documentations properly

任职要求

• Formal qualification in Building Management / Facility Management discipline
• Proficiency in English speaking & writing
• Experience in engineering operation and maintenance in a large-scale facility
• Experience in organizing preventive maintenance program, making improvements and fixing problems for external façade, internal fit out & furniture
• Shift duties as necessary and assigned
• Team spirit, cooperation and integrity
• Proficient in the Microsoft Suite of Applications
