Cashier

Position Summary

Cage Cashier is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service and accuracy

Primary Responsibility

• Be responsible for encashment of patron chips, cheques, foreign currency
• Maintain a cashier control sheet, and balance their float at the end of their shift 
• Be able to prepare fills and credits and associated chip bank duties to support table game and slot operations
• Do coin runs, exchange tokens, maintaining hand pays, computer input, hard count and soft count duties
• Serve the patrons in a professional and accurate manner and other duties as directed by Cage Shift Manager and Supervisor

Requirements

•  Good customer service sense
•  Basic English and experience in handling cash and foreign exchange is preferred
•  Willing to work on shifts
•  Macao residents aged 21 or above
