职务概述
Reporting to the Vice President- Environmental Services; the Executive Manager, Wardrobe is responsible for the effective and efficient management of the wardrobe operation to ensure high standard of uniform presentation of all team members including shared service partners, to ensure the grooming standards of all uniformed staff is maintained at the highest level.
岗位职责
▪ Manage the uniform design process for the initial installation and on-going replacement of uniforms. This includes coordinating with all department heads, uniform designers and procurement to achieve the best outcome for the market positioning of the property and the practicality of the job.
▪ Effective and efficient management of the Wardrobe logistical operations to ensure high standard of uniform presentation is maintained without any disruption to the business. This includes all uniformed staff including shared service partners to be provided with a clean fresh uniform as required.
▪ Manage the uniform inventory (US $3 Million) and ensure the wardrobe operational budget is achieved on a monthly basis while continually exploring for opportunities to reduce operational cost.
▪ Performance manages the external laundry contract (US $ 3 Million per annum) to ensure uniforms are laundered to maximize their presentation and life span.
▪ Ensure proper maintenance programs are in place to maintain the hardware and software of the uniform management system (Autovalet)
▪ Support the Employee Style manager and department heads and employee relations to ensure the grooming standards of all uniformed staff are maintained as required by GM Grooming Standards.
▪ Development and implement a wardrobe departmental training programs fostering the career development of all team members.
▪ Develop a succession plan for the wardrobe and identify high-pot team members for training and development to enhance their career path in the department.
▪ Develop and continually improve the Standard Operating and Emergency Procedures for all wardrobe activities.
▪ Adhering to all established policies and procedures within GM.
▪ Actively participate in health and safety activities to ensure workplace hazards in your area of responsibility are minimized and the health and safety of all employees is valued.
▪ Actively participate in the service delivery of the Houekeeping and Environmental Services Department.
▪ Achieve wardrobe operational and CAPEX budget
▪ Ensure all uniforms are maintained to achieve required employee grooming standards
▪ Ensure the quality and use by dates of all uniforms is monitored and replaced as required.
▪ Ensure all unformed staff adhere to set policies and procedures when using uniforms
▪ Ensure fresh uniforms are provided in time for all uniformed staff
▪ Ensure all wardrobe staff are trained in all aspects of the wardrobe operations.
▪ Ensure the performance of the Landry Contractor is in compliance with contractual agreements
任职要求
▪Tertiary qualification in a related field preferred, ie logistics, hospitlity or textile manufacturing
▪ Diploma or Advance Level Qualification in general education as minimum
▪ Advance qualification in garment manufacturing or design will be an added advantage
▪ Previous experience in a high volume wardrobe operation at a managerial level including a clear understanding of the uniform design development process
▪ Previous experience in wardrobe installation in a five star world class casino and hotel complex will be highly regarded
▪ Clear understanding of the key interactions between hotel, casino and supporting business units
▪ Developed understanding of wardrobe logistical issues and the ability to implement effective solutions that meet the demands of a five star casino hotel complex
