Senior Technician (Building Maintenance)

职务概述

The Senior Technician is responsible for carrying out advanced building maintenance, repair, and builders' work activities across hotel properties. The role ensures maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards while providing technical guidance to junior team members.

岗位职责

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance works for building maintenance systems and facilities.
• Perform troubleshooting, repairs, painting, and builders' work to maintain property standards.
• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance defects, safety concerns, and potential hazards.
• Assist in coordinating daily maintenance activities and monitoring work quality.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Technicians and Junior Technicians.
• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Report work progress, material requirements, and maintenance findings to Supervisors.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety requirements.
• Work closely with other departments to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Attend training and perform other duties as assigned.

任职要求

• Relevant trade qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent certification in Building Maintenance, Builders' Work, Painting, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in building maintenance or builders' work, preferably in a luxury hotel, integrated resort, or large commercial environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical knowledge in building fabric maintenance and repair works.
• Ability to work independently and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese; Mandarin and basic English preferred.
• Basic PC knowledge preferred.
• Willing to perform shift duties and work at height when required.
