职务概述

Senior Technician - Plant Operation & HVAC is responsible to execute the instructions from Supervisor/ Engineer/ Manager/ Senior Manager for operation, repair, maintenance and A&A works for Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution system and HVAC air side system for the Galaxy Macau Cotai precinct for the 24/7 running of all the business operations in Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE and Administration, etc., in terms of business continuity, legitimacy, guest comfort and future development in a professional, work-efficient and cost-effective manner.

岗位职责

• Execute and support assigned Plant Operation & HVAC Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Services, Alteration & Addition (A&A) Works, and Improvement/Upgrade Projects for Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC Air Side Systems, ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency, productivity, profitability, and the well-being of guests and team members
• Maintain effective communication, coordination, and collaboration within Facility Management (FM), across GEG business units, and with vendors/service providers; perform and report on planned and unplanned preventive/corrective maintenance works, operational activities, repairs, and special assignments to the required standards in a safe, efficient, and professional manner
• Promptly respond to and perform emergency services related to the repair, maintenance, and operation of Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC Air Side Systems
• Assist the Plant Operation & HVAC Team in coordinating work assignments, monitoring work progress, and achieving departmental goals among technicians.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, Galaxy Macau business units, and service providers in compliance with approved policies and procedures to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction
• Assist in the operation, inspection, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC Air Side Systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
• Assist the Plant Operation & HVAC Team in the administration of the MAXIMO system, including the creation, updating, and closure of work orders as required.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company
• Participate in training and development programs arranged by the Company to enhance technical knowledge and job performance

任职要求

• Hand-On working experienced in electrical/ electronic/ mechanical/ process engineering or BMS/ CCMS preferably with relevant on-job training;
• Minimum 5-year relevant experience in installation, repair, maintenance and operation of Chillers/ Boilers/ Water Pumps/ Electrical Installations (400v or above)/ Water Treatment Systems/ Fuel Supply System/ AIr Side System of Air Handling Unit, Primary Air Handling Unit, Ventilation Fan/ BMS/ CCMS preferably in a hotel environment;
• Operation experience with Fire-Tube Boiler and/ or Centrifugal Chiller and troubleshoot experience of AHU/ PAU/ Fan LMCP is a credit
• Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken in Mandarin/ Cantonese)
• Elementary knowledge of English preferred but not essential
• Preferably PC knowledge including AutoCAD, Words and Excel
