职务概述
To manage all functions related to cleanliness and condition of the hotel guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas. Ensure that all front and back of house areas on guest floors are presented and maintained and the timely turnaround of guest rooms is guaranteed. To actively support room attendants executing their daily tasks and interact with guests daily to ensure all guests receive extraordinary service.
岗位职责
- Directly manages operating units within the assigned scope
- Assigns duties and responsibilities to Room Attendants and Housemen
- Ensures all housekeeping service standards are consistently maintained
- Ensures Room Attendants deliver high-quality guest service
- Handles guest and internal complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Conducts regular inspections of guest rooms to ensure the highest standards are met
- Prepares VIP rooms as required
- Leads Room Attendants within a designated section
- Takes full ownership of operations within the designated section, including service delivery, room discrepancies, and overall cleanliness
- Supports Room Attendants by assisting with bed preparation for departure rooms only
- Prepares departure rooms to enable efficient cleaning, including removing soiled linen, waste, in-room dining items, and extra amenities
- Interacts with guests within the designated section and records interactions in a report
- Reports lost and damaged items promptly
- Identifies and follows up on repair and maintenance issues related to rooms, equipment, and tools
- Raises engineering-related work orders for guest rooms and public areas
- Supports departmental trainers through ongoing feedback and assistance
- Provides training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the skills and effectiveness of Room Attendants and Housemen
- Offers feedback to senior management regarding staff performance and development
- Assists with inventory checks and maintains accurate inventory records through regular physical counts
- Supports preventive maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Conducts proper shift handover and communicates effectively with colleagues
- Maintains professional working relationships across the team
- Performs other duties as assigned
任职要求
- Relevant experience in Housekeeping is an advantage
- Sound computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work in a team environment
