Responsible for executing the instructions of the Supervisor, Engineer, Manager, and Senior Manager in the operation, repair, maintenance, and A&A works of Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC air-side systems across the Galaxy Macau Cotai precinct. Ensure the reliable 24/7 operation of Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE, and Administration facilities, supporting business continuity, compliance, guest comfort, and future development in a professional, efficient, and cost-effective manner

岗位职责

• Execute assigned tasks from the Supervisor, Engineer, Manager, and Senior Manager - Plant Operation & HVAC in the delivery of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, Alteration & Addition (A&A) works, and improvement/upgrade projects for Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC air-side systems, whether performed in-house or outsourced. Support facility management services for Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE, and Administration operations, ensuring business continuity, enhanced productivity, improved profitability, and the well-being of guests and team members in a courteous, efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Support and carry out assignments from the Supervisor, Engineer, Manager, and Senior Manager - Plant Operation & HVAC to maintain effective communication, coordination, and collaboration within Facilities Management and across GEG, including all business units, vendors, and service providers.
• Report to the Supervisor, Engineer, Manager, and Senior Manager - Plant Operation & HVAC on the execution of planned and unplanned preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as routine and special assignments related to the operation, repair, and maintenance of Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC air-side systems, ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and in accordance with required standards.
• Promptly respond to and attend emergency maintenance and operational issues related to Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, Fuel Storage & Distribution Systems, and HVAC air-side systems.
• Assist the Supervisor, Engineer, Manager, and Senior Manager - Plant Operation & HVAC in coordinating work assignments and achieving team objectives among technicians.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams, Galaxy Macau business units, and service providers in compliance with approved Galaxy Macau policies and procedures to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Participate in training and development programs arranged by the Company.
• Maintain professional grooming standards in accordance with Company policies and demonstrate professionalism and courtesy at all times.
• Assist the Supervisor, Engineer, and Manager in the administration of the MAXIMO system, including the creation and closure of Work Orders (WOs) as required

任职要求

• Basic hands-on experience or technical training in electrical, electronic, mechanical, process engineering, BMS, or CCMS systems.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in the installation, repair, maintenance, or operation of chillers, boilers, water pumps, electrical installations, water treatment systems, fuel supply systems, HVAC air-side equipment, BMS, or CCMS is preferred.
• Knowledge of Central Chiller Plants, Boiler Plants, AHU, PAU, ventilation systems, or BMS/CCMS operations would be an advantage.
• Well-disciplined with a strong team spirit and positive work attitude.
• Hardworking, self-motivated, and willing to learn new skills and technologies.
• Able to communicate in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin); basic written Chinese preferred.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
• Basic PC skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
