Host - Customer Services (GM)

Position Summary

• The Host is responsible for providing high quality services to our VIP customers

• As front runners of GEG and project a good image and goodwill of the company

• Identify good players on the VIP gaming floors and offer memberships to Privilege Club

Primary Responsibility

• Identify good and regular customers and providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeated visits by customer

• Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude at all times with customers

• Anticipating customer needs and problems for all VIP floor levels in GEG and act effectively, patiently and willingly

• Provide information about facilities, entertainment and benefits of GEG

• Encourage customers without intimidation to enjoy themselves at the gaming tables and slots and letting customers know of current promotions and events or entertainment taking place on the different level

• Proactively present VIP program package to customers and convince them to participate in the programs. Take care of VIP services included in the package, such as Prepare and update Arrivals and Departures of Players/ make reservations for hotel rooms/ update reservations of hotel rooms for players /player pick-up or send off/ reservations for transportation for pick –up and send off players to Ferry terminal and Border Gate and Macau International airport/ checking incoming flight times for airlines/ weather condition for helicopter flight or Ferry cancellations.

• Report any incidents to the Superiors. • Have a ‘’team player’’ mentality with regard to reporting and handing over of all information.

• To effectively carry out all tasks given by Superiors.

Requirements

• Have relevant work experience
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and good English communication skills
• Willing to work on 24 hours shifts
• 21 years and above
