GEG Participates in the “2026 Youth Career Expo”
In active response to society’s support for local youth employment, Galaxy Entertainment Group participated in the two days “2026 Youth Career Expo” organized by the Labour Affairs Bureau and co-hosted by the Macao New Chinese Youth Association held on July 17 to 18.
During the Youth Career Expo, interview area have been set up and GEG conducted on-site interviews with local youth, offering diverse career development paths and the latest recruitment information. In addition, through video introduced the “GEG IR Youth Development Program” and showcased the successful story of team member, the program adopts a “Employment + Training Program” approach that provides participants with multiple development and promotion opportunities, along with a comprehensive training to help young talents acquire professional knowledge and skills, thereby enhancing their career competitiveness.
GEG is committed to building a workplace that encourages innovation and values personal growth, supporting fresh graduates in their career development journey.

Galaxy Entertainment Group has support the Macau Labour Affairs Butrau’s Internship Program, we has launched the “U-Lead Internship Program” for the 7th consecutive year, actively aligning with the Macao SAR Government’s policy initiatives to advance the “1+4” for appropriate diversified development and cultivating cross-sector talent.
Recently, GEG organized the “U-Lead Internship Program” career day, which attracted many local fresh graduates. Through a property tour, students visited the Galaxy International Convention Center, Andaz Macau, and Andaz Kitchen, while introduced the company profile and internship program, gaining deeper insights into the industry and its future prospects, before proceeding to on-the-spot interview.
The internship program provides local youth with a practical platform to gain work experience, enhance their workplace competencies, strengthen their professional competitiveness and expanding their future career pathways.

GEG’s First-Half “U-LEAD Internship Program 2026” Graduation Ceremony was successfully held recently! At the ceremony, GEG’s management team and SiFu were present to extend their heartfelt congratulations to the interns.
This round of the U-LEAD Internship Program welcomed 17 interns from Macao University of Tourism, City University of Macau, Wuhan University, and the University of Westminster. After completing an approximately six-month internship journey, the interns gained valuable hands-on experience across a diverse range of departments, including Hotel and MICE Operations, Food and Beverage, Marketing & Event Services, Entertainment Services, Procurement, and Public Relations.
On the day of the ceremony, three intern representatives shared their valuable journey, each story reflecting transformation and growth. Though the time was short, their experiences were filled with challenges and learning, leaving a unique mark of personal development at GEG.
Congratulations to all graduates, and thank you to everyone who made this program possible. We look forward to seeing these shining new stars continue to thrive on their future career paths!
