GEG Participates in the “2026 Youth Career Expo”
In active response to society’s support for local youth employment, Galaxy Entertainment Group participated in the two days “2026 Youth Career Expo” organized by the Labour Affairs Bureau and co-hosted by the Macao New Chinese Youth Association held on July 17 to 18.
During the Youth Career Expo, interview area have been set up and GEG conducted on-site interviews with local youth, offering diverse career development paths and the latest recruitment information. In addition, through video introduced the “GEG IR Youth Development Program” and showcased the successful story of team member, the program adopts a “Employment + Training Program” approach that provides participants with multiple development and promotion opportunities, along with a comprehensive training to help young talents acquire professional knowledge and skills, thereby enhancing their career competitiveness.

GEG Holds “U-LEAD Internship Program” for the 7th Consecutive Year, Expanding New Career Opportunities for Local Youth
Galaxy Entertainment Group has support the Macau Labour Affairs Butrau’s Internship Program, we has launched the “U-Lead Internship Program” for the 7th consecutive year, actively aligning with the Macao SAR Government’s policy initiatives to advance the “1+4” for appropriate diversified development and cultivating cross-sector talent.
Recently, GEG organized the “U-Lead Internship Program” career day, which attracted many local fresh graduates. Through a property tour, students visited the Galaxy International Convention Center, Andaz Macau, and Andaz Kitchen, while introduced the company profile and internship program, gaining deeper insights into the industry and its future prospects, before proceeding to on-the-spot interview.
The internship program provides local youth with a practical platform to gain work experience, enhance their workplace competencies, strengthen their professional competitiveness and expanding their future career pathways.

Galaxy Entertainment Group is committed to supporting the development of local youth and encouraging young people to explore future career opportunities through hands-on experience. This summer, GEG participated in the “Dream Job Comes True” Working Experience Program organized by the Education and Youth Development Bureau, providing local high school students with valuable workplace learning opportunities and a chance to experience the professional world beyond the classroom.
During the three-week internship program, students gained exposure to a range of business functions, including Information Systems & Technology, Finance, MICE Operations, Entertainment Services, and Marketing Services. Guided by experienced mentors, they participated in daily operations and team projects, gaining practical insights into workplace culture while enhancing their communication, adaptability, and sense of responsibility.
At the program's closing presentation, the students shared their experiences, key takeaways, and project outcomes. Through interactions with mentors and team members, they not only broadened their understanding of different professions and industries but also gained inspiration for their future education and career aspirations.
GEG will continue working with the community to support youth development by creating more learning and experiential opportunities, empowering Macau's young talent to prepare for the future and pursue their aspirations.
