GEG x UTM Co-organized F&B Career Development Day
To promote the development of local talent in the food and beverage industry, GEG partnered with the Macau University of Tourism to host the F&B Career Development Day, attracting students who are passionate about the F&B sector. The event not only showcased GEG’s corporate culture, future development plans, and its commitment to providing comprehensive training and a supportive work environment, but also offered on-the-spot interviews for students aspiring to pursue careers in high-end dining.
We were honored to have Executive Chef Mr. Yorick Soh from the F&B Department join the event to introduce an exciting new collaboration between Galaxy Macau and internationally renowned chef Vicky Cheng. Together, they will launch Macau’s first flagship restaurant that reinterprets Chinese delicacies through French culinary techniques. By blending Chinese ingredients with French gastronomy, this new venture at Galaxy Macau aims to create a groundbreaking culinary experience and bring fresh innovation to Macau’s F&B industry.
