GEG has supported the Macau Labor Affairs Bureau's Internship Program for the 7th consecutive year. GEG has actively collaborated with the Macau Labor Affairs Bureau to provide development opportunities for local university graduates, assisting them in entering the workplace, enhancing their business capabilities, and strengthening their employability.
Recently, the 「U-LEAD Traineeship Program」 has officially started. Local graduates will embark on a 3-month, immersive integrated resort internship. The program not only provides a platform for young talents to grow but also includes comprehensive skills training and hands-on work experience, enabling interns to gain an in-depth understanding of the industry's latest trends and developments. It is our expectation that the program will develop talented individuals with both practical competence and innovative thinking, equipping them to seize future career opportunities and achieve success in an ever-evolving industry.

At the same time, we also highlighted the “Galaxy Integrated Resorts Internship Program” for the first half of 2027, such as program content, training arrangements, and career development opportunities, trainees will gain hands-on experience in during the three-month internship, enhance their professional skills and competitiveness, helping them prepare for the future careers.

Recently, we successfully held 2027 1st internship program career day, attracting nearly one hundred enthusiastic local university students! Through presentations, the event provided detailed insights into the company culture and the internship program, enabling students to gain a comprehensive understanding and choose career paths that suit their interests. On-site instant interviews were also arranged to give participants immediate opportunities.
This year’s internship program covers several core business areas. Interns will have the chance to experience a Forbes Five-Star workplace environment and international service standards.
