Position Summary
Provide secretarial and administrative support to FandB office; performing daily routine administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, financial and purchasing processing, organizing filing system, maintain effective working relationship with all key stake holders such as Finance, Procurement, ISandT, HRandA and all other departments across GEG.
Primary Responsibility
• Works as a multi-tasked and provide administrative and clerical support
• Prepare meeting agendas, schedules, meetings, note and minutes taking
• Arrange and coordinate appointments, travelling and transport arrangements for personnel
• Processing, recording, and follow up of; all operational and capital acquisitions from start to payment
• Handle HR related employee documents to maintain up-to date staff records and leave administration
• Prepare purchase requisitions and liaise with Procurement and /or suppliers regarding orders status
• Handle ISandT related employee documents
• Coordinate with other departments administrators and secretaries
• Be responsible for maintaining stationery levels and reordering as necessary
• To maintain and develop procedures and systems to ensure the maintenance of manual and electronic filing systems
• Provide efficient and courteous services to all internal and external customers
• Perform duties in accordance with Company policies and procedures
• Handle all matters in strict confidence
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or required
• Take direction from Manager-Admin/ Admin Officer where necessary to be aligned with business needs
For Admin Asst supporting Culinary:
• To be team environment multitasking between Exec Chefs (3) and EM in administration services to have cross functionality to meet the business demand.

b. Culinary Production
c. Culinary Non –Gaming
d. General
i. Marketing non-core but supporting in follow-up items
ii. Engineering non-core but follow up for Maximo items
Requirements
• College graduate or above
• Minimum 1 year administration experience
• Experience with FandB admin role an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English, with the ability to translate English – Chinese – English
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Must maintain confidentiality at all times
• Below ONLY applicable for Admin Assistant who support Culinary team:
- Experience in:
o HR Reconciliation
o Basic Finance understanding
o Competent in English Grammar and Chinese for menu translations
o Flexi working hours as rotational roster to meet business operational patterns
