Position Summary

This position serves the Integrated Resort Services respective teams in handling daily routine tasks from operational enquiries/issues related to different departments in terms of HR, Hotel, Finance, Training & Communication Team, Scheduling, Entertainment Services and Marketing Event Team

Primary Responsibility

  • Executes office administrative procedures and performs administration duties for the team
  • Replenish office stationaries and supplies or others requirement of the team
  • Handle internal HR documents as OT and sick leave form or others
  • Necessary system and door access or others application for new hires and transfer TMs
  • Liaison with TMs to follow up Finance and Hotel daily enquiries
  • Follow up TMs' training status and completion before deadline
  • Consolidation on event information and feedback to Marketing Event Team for post-events
  • Rostering amendment and updates to Scheduling
  • Follow up Finance audit issues
  • Business trip arrangements and reimbursements
  • Coordinating with branch offices regarding consultant, TM business trip, and entry records

Requirements

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree qualifications
  • Experience in office administration and customer service, in a gaming, hospitality, and/or training environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications -  Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
