Position Summary
This position serves the Customer Development respective team (CD) in handling daily routine tasks from operational equiries/issues related to different departments in terms of HR, Hotel, Finance, Training Team, Scheduling and Marketing Event Team
Primary Responsibility
Team duties:
- Executes office administrative procedures and performs administration duties for the team
- Replenish office stationaries and supplies or others requirment of the team
- Handle internal HR documents as OT and sick leave form or others
- Necessary system and door access or others application for new hiers and transfer TMs
- Liasion with TMs to follow up Finance and Hotel daily equiries
- Follow up TMs' training status and completion before deadline
- Consolidation on event informatin and feedback to Marketing Event Team for post-events
- Rostering amendment and updates to Scheduling
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree qualifications
• Experience in office administration and customer service, in a gaming, hospitality, and/or training environment preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to foster a team environment through a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
