Position Summary
Ambassador - VIP Lounge assists the Lounge Manager - VIP Lounge with the overall management of the Lounge operation while being responsible for delivering a premium, high-touch service model designed to exceed customer expectations through meticulous care, personalization, and attention to detail as well as hygience, workplace safety established standards are achieved and collaborates with the F&B team to ensure food and beverage quality meets VIP guest requirements.The primary goal is to maintain an exclusive, seamless, and discreet environment providing excellent services to high-net-worth individuals.
Primary Responsibility
- Guest Experience & VIP Relations: Welcome VIP customers with professional warmth and proactively anticipate needs before they are voiced.
- Ambiance & Cleanliness: Continuously monitor the lounge area to ensure it remains pristine, well-stocked, and aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Concierge Assistance: Provide support such as handling airport/property transportation, reservations and service recovery for any complaints etc.
- Operational Coordination: Liaise with VIP Personal Shopper Service, F&B, and other internal/external parties to ensure a flawless guest journey.
- Discretion & Privacy: Maintain absolute confidentiality regarding high-profile guests and their activities.
- Serve while maintaining strict health and safety standards and ensure tidiness of the tables.
Requirements
-Education: High school graduate with Diploma in Hospitality/Management is an added advantage
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in high-end hospitality, such as 5+ star hotels / integrated resorts (i.e. Butler looking after high-net-worth guests), private clubs, fine-dining Michelin-star restaurants etc are added advantages.
-Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to remain calm under high pressure
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and reservation systems, and basic computer applications
- Language Skills: Fluent both in written and spoken Putonghua and Cantonese. English is an added advantage
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and a professional, well-groomed appearance
