Position Summary

EG Analysis Team is a sub-team under Gaming Development & Optimization Services Department, which provides the regular or Ad hoc analysis and reports for top management to make decisions from table games side, in order to help the company to maximize the gaming revenue in an effective and efficient ways.

Primary Responsibility

- Prepare periodic reports of key performance indicators and interpret prevailing trends for review by management.

- Data mining, interpret prevailing trends and prepare predictive analysis in the gaming field.

- Perform quantitative analysis and methodologies (including forecasting, statistics, modeling and other optimization algorithms) for revenue optimization as request by management, which often include ROI projections, KPI analysis, forecasts, market share studies and competitor analysis, in order to support ongoing improvements in revenue decision making and maximizing of casino revenue.

- Formulate, Prepare and communicate reports for operations management on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, identifying areas of opportunities and providing recommendations on strategies for revenue maximization when feasible.

- Monitor implementation of various recommendations and strategies on gaming floor, develop reports to evaluate the effectiveness and offer further business decisions to management.

- Maintain Data warehouse system.

Requirements

- Successful candidates must have at least two years of relevant working experience in highly numerate and analytical roles. Preference is given to candidates with experience using statistical analysis.

- Four-year college degree or equivalent industry work experience in the fields of hospitality, gaming, statistics, finance, engineering, mathematics or business administration.

- Candidates must be proficient in MS Excel. Superior technical skills in SAS, Visual Basic, SQL, CMP and BI is preferred.

- Candidates must have excellent English writing and presentation skills.

- Candidates must have exceptional intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility and be comfortable interacting with senior management constantly.

- Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
