- Responsible for manpower planning and job assignment

Requirements
Education:
- Vocational school graduate
Experience:
- 5 years at a 5-star hotel
- 2 years supervisory experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic F&B knowledge
- Training experience is compulsory
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
- English is an added advantage
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Team player
