Position Summary

- Responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Supervise and guide team on day-to-day operations
- Participate in training and development executions

- Supervise the team on day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation processes
- Responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Participate in inventory control and accurate records
- Responsible for manpower planning and job assignment
- Participate in training and development executions

Requirements

Education:
- Vocational school graduate
Experience:
- 5 years at a 5-star hotel
- 2 years supervisory experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic F&B knowledge
- Training experience is compulsory
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken
- English is an added advantage
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
- Team player
