Assistant Manager - Brand Communication

Position Summary
Seeking a highly motivated marketing professional to develop GEG Privilege Club communication materials to drive awareness for GEG loyalty club.
The Assistant Manager - Loyalty Communication will report to the Manager - Loyalty Communication and will be responsible for supporting the executions on GPC marketing campaigns. This position requires the individual to be well-organized, able to work in a fast pace envirnoment and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Marketing responsibilities include:
• Participate in project planning/ discussion
• Draft brief & brief in creative vendors or internal creative for promotional materials
• Coordinate the concept development & artwork production of marketing materials
• Coordinate among stakeholders and internal teammates to meet with project timelines
• Checking artwork against brand guidelines
• Monitor Sr Executive and Executive working behaviour
Primary Responsibility
• Campaign execution
o Assist manager in project executions
o Maintain brand standard
o Support material preparation for creative review and approval process
o Check all artwork materials to maintain quality control and ensure brief requirements were met - legal T&C’s, proofreading Chinese & English copy, production & installation (if required)
o Ensure timeline delivery for online and offline materials meeting with planned schedule
o Maintain project updates to manage internal stakeholders' expectations
o Work with other respective team members or vendors to ensure creative and production delivery completed smoothly
• On- going administration support
o Compile monthly summery presentations for all marketing campaigns, logging work completed to date
o Raise PO request with SAP system
o Participate in project planning
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in advertising or marketing
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Gaming experience preferred – understand the market regulations in terms of advertising gaming related message so that the company is not put at risk
• Good communication and inter-personal skills
• Able to work independently, proactive in taking on tasks
• Proficient in Chinese (Cantonese or Putonghua) languages, spoken and written
• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing Communications or related discipline
• Macau residence will be given preference
