Assistant Manager - F&B Analysis

Position Summary

The position supports the management of F&B franchise and joint venture businesses, covering legal coordination, contractual compliance, financial analysis, dividend calculations, and business performance reviews. The role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with GEG standards and relevant agreements.

Primary Responsibility

1.    Manage F&B franchise and joint venture matters.
2.    Coordinate legal documents, Board resolutions, and JV agreement requirements.
3.    Review contractual obligations and follow up with franchisors, JV partners, Legal, and internal stakeholders.
4.    Review JV financial performance and prepare relevant financial analysis.
5.    Support dividend calculations, business reviews, and management reporting.
6.    Support JV operations align with GEG standards and the relevant JV agreements.
7.    Maintain proper records and follow up on agreed actions and deadlines.

Requirements

1. University degree in hotel management, business management or related field.
2. Relevant experience in finance, business analysis, legal coordination, and F&B operations.
3. Analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
