Assistant Manager - Marketing & Promotion

Position Summary
Assistant Manager will primarily support the manager and VP in developing GEG membership database from various entertainment shows and partnership platforms. Also, to assist manager in coordinating and managing various aspects of arena programming, with a specific focus on marketing materials, communication with internal marketing team as well as external promotor/entertainment company for artist and digital content, including for content acquiring, shooting arrangement, market research analysis and report, account and partners relationship management, and any other aspect of the entertainment planning program to ensure partner satisfaction is optimized. Ensuring that all aspects of arena programming are aligned with the overall marketing strategy and contribute to the success of the event/show.
Primary Responsibility
- Work with manager in the development of the membership database with negiotiation with various partners to explore collaborative opportunities.
- Analyze convertion data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving membership engagement and growth from all collaboration with partners or marketing activities.
- Work with manager for the creation and distribution of marketing materials related to arena events, including artist arrangement, digital content. Ensure that all materials are on-brand and effectively communicate the value of the event/show to the target audience.
- Work with manager which focus on Marketing part of annual event/show booking strategies and source content for Galaxy Arena, drive higher patronage to the venues and the resorts.
- Work with manager to prepare & monitor the marketing value of each event/show, the calculation of media value generated by arena events, including assessing the reach and impact of media coverage, as well as evaluating the return on investment for marketing activities.
- Work with manager to brainstorm for marketing activities, drive success through a combination of creativity, and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external and internal parties to enure the event/show is executed in compliance to contract and venue policies.
- Work with Programming TMs for understanding arena show/event preparation, logistic, arrangement.
Requirements
- 3 years+ of concrete working experience in live entertainment/content development/E-commerce related field
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken
- Ability to carrying out planned projects independently and be flexible, work extra hours as needed
- Experience working with production vendors, event agencies, promoters and partnership platforms for various events, respective experience in local gaming resort is a plus
- Highly organized and detail-oriented skills, and proven experience delivering successful events.
