Assistant Manager - Process Improvement (SOAP)

Position Summary
The Assistant Manager in Process Improvement is responsible to assist the Senior Manager to overseeing and optimizing the development, implementation and evaluation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines and policies across GEG properties. This position will involve active participation in security data analysis and reporting and also will conduct departmental audits in collaboration with the Supervisor to ensure the compliance of the departmental policies and SOPs.
Primary Responsibility
• Collaborate closely with Senior Manager to oversee the day to day operations of the team.
• Drive the update and maintenance of SOPs which considers minimal risk level / medium risk level.
• Engage in development of new SOPs to address emerging risks and operational challenges.
• Monitor and track the status of SOP updates to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee the analysis of Security data and generate comprehensive reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Take full ownership of planning and executing audits in Starworld Hotel and KFC.
• Conduct operational and SOP audits in collaboration with Supervisor to assess the efficiency of current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Managing the maintenance and updating of the Crisis Management Plan and Quick Reference Guide, Key list or other documents assigned by Security Management.
• Monitoring and tracking security gaps and enhancements/action plans across security operations in GEG properties.
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• At least 3 years working experience at the supervisory level. Experience in process developing, auditing, or a related field is preferred
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security insights to diverse team members.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
