Assistant Manager - Warehousing

Position Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the Receiving function at the Galaxy Macau Receiving Docks.
Primary Responsibility
- The proper receipt, handling and internal distribution of all items across the GEG Receiving Docks.
- The proper preparation of all paperwork accompanying deliveries received at the GEG Receiving Docks.
- The proper computer entry/update of all deliveries received at the GEG Receiving Docks
- The implementation of schedules of operations for all GEG Receiving Docks activities (e.g. vendor deliveries, operating department deliveries)
- Day to Day Receiving operations and distribution of supplies to the GEG operating departments
- Provide leadership, supervision and training for all warehouse team members
- Ensure all warehouse team members are in compliance with warehouse policies and procedures
Requirements
'- Diploma in Supply Chain related course preferred
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in Supply Chain field, in which 2 years should be in Managerial/Supervisory level
- Excellent knowledge in receiving, material handling nad product distribution
- Experience in Microsoft office program and ERP system in procurement/supply chain
- High Integrity with trustworthy personality
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building(support, report, lateral) characteristics
- Able to work well under pressure
- Results-oriental, self-motivated, Energetic
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) in both oral and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in hospitality industry with knowledge of Back of House operations.
- Experience in Team Lead supervisory role of other functions of warehousing and operation of hotel F&B outlets will be an added advantage
