Attendant (Car Park)

Position Summary
Primary Responsibility
- Maintain adequate knowledge of maintenance, use of equipment as intended, and comply with all policies and procedures /service standards set by departmental.
- Perform Shroff office duties and assist to monitor and operate the Car Park System / Valet System whenever necessary; assist Valet driver to safe kept the valet parking vehicle keys.
- Respond the call via the intercom and providing needful assistant when guest encounters problem in/out the boom gate.
- Collect the ‘cash bank’ from TM bank at the beginning of each shift and ensures the ‘cash bank’ total is correct.
- Collect cash, payment coupon, pre-payment card, stored-value card and check for validations, as well as maintain security of the cash register at all time of the shift. Make change and/or issues receipts or tickets to customers for each transaction; as well compile the daily receipt listing. Handle customer enquiries and complaints independently; with proper escalation whenever necessary.
- Conduct regular inventory check to ensure sufficient aids and supplies located in the booth. • Record all parking transactions and prepare the monthly parking list including customers, tenants, complimentary, VIP, staff and etc..
- Carry out any assigned duties as reasonable requested by supervisors or managers.
Requirements
- Secondary school education; with Certificate in Accounting or Book Keeping is preferable.
- With car park cashier or relevant experience is an advantage.
- A good team player and customer oriented.
- Knowledge of POS system and valet parking processes is preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese speaking, and simple English speaking.
- Able to work on shift and willing to work overtime whenever if any operation needs
