Position Summary
Attendants handle all transactions with gaming machine players while creating a memorable customer service experience.
Primary Responsibility

Verify and pay out all machine hand-pays and jackpots to patrons

Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, their functions, malfunctions and payout schedules

Be proactive in explaining how to play the various games

Engage patrons in a positive manner to enhance their experience

Replenish ticket paper in machines

Ensure equipment is maintained in proper working order

Provide minor maintenance of equipment

Maintain a clean and pleasant physical environment for patrons

Responsible for enhancing the growth of revenues through the development of the customer base.

Response disputes or complaints or incidents of patrons in a professional manner.

Notify supervisor of any incident of doubtful in nature.

Ensure game protection and comply anti-money laundry regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an asset
- Exceptional customer service and math skills
- Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and good English communication skills
- Willing to work on 24 hours shifts and patrol on floor
- 21 years or above
- Secondary school graduated, higher level preferred.
