Business Development Support

Position Summary
The Business Development Support Executive serves as the Sales and Services support to the Executive Sales Manager, providing essential support in various aspects of business development, client management, and operational efficiency. This role is vital for ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies and enhancing the overall performance of the Executive sales manager.
Primary Responsibility
1. Administrative Support:
- Documentation Management: Assist in preparing and organizing sales-related documents, proposals, and reports.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Sales Manager and VIP players.
Database Maintenance: Update and maintain guest preferences in the (MCRM) system with accurate player information.
2. Client Interaction:
- Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for VIP players, addressing inquiries and providing timely information regarding offers and events.
- Follow-up Communication: Assist in following up with players post-visit to gather feedback and reinforce relationships.
3. Sales Support:
- Lead Generation: Support the Sales Manager in identifying potential leads and conducting preliminary research on prospective VIP players.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations to support sales efforts and promotional campaigns.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- KPI Tracking: Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales activities and player engagement.
- Reporting: Compile data and prepare reports for the Sales Manager to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Team Support: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and hospitality teams to facilitate the execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in sales, business development, or customer service.
- Customer Service Oriented
- Attention to detail and strong time management skill
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
