Position Summary
- Handle the daily operations of the outlets in order to meet and exceed customers’ needs and business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and operating procedures established.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service to maximize Revenue
Primary Responsibility
- Handle the daily operations of the outlet to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, standards and aim At satisfying and exceeding customer expectations.
- Serve Food and beverages efficiently according to established standard.
- Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in all service area.
- Ensure work place safety practice is adhered to.
- Ensure sufficient inventory whenever required.
- Provide direct service to customers as needed, including but not limited to serving tables, bussing, seating guests and supporting general clerical/cashier duties whenever required.
Requirements
- 1 year at a 5-star hotel or 2 years at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant
- F&B product and service knowledge
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and Good in English
- Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time
