Position Summary

'- Lead the overall management of operating supplies
- Responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Plan and lead on operating supplies expenses

Primary Responsibility

'- Lead the overall management of operating supplies and coach the stewarding team
- Responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Plan and lead on operating supplies expenses as co-owner of the financial performance of operations
- Responsible for inventory management and accurate records
- Participate in research and development of operations process and/or machinery
- Responsible for recruitment in selecting the most qualified/suitable candidates
- Representing Stewarding team for inter-outlet/department collaborations

Requirements

Education:
- Relevant accreditation or tertiery qualification
Experience:
- 10 years at a 5-star hotel
- 5 years managerial experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Basic F&B knowledge
- Alert with F&B operating supplies related trends
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Training experience is compulsory
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
- Team player
