Position Summary

A Coordinator exists to support an efficient operation to Central Production Kitchen on any related to food requests and general office duties. Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Assistant Manager to complete daily operation, team coordination, and report generation etc. The position is essential to our business operation and requires a detail-orientated with strong organizational skills, multi-tasking and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Primary Responsibility

* Handle incoming mails promptly
* Prioritize workload and keep track of multiple schedules and on-the-job deadlines effectively
* Excellent in time management and ensure tasks are completed within agreed-upon timelines
* Complete ordering as per Central Production Kitchen request on both food & non-food request
* Liaise and respond on departmental service request in a timely and proper manner
* Perform general office duties eg. filing, data entry, organizing paper work, answering phones, coordinating meeting etc and archive documents respectively
* Be responsible for making various projects, reports, presentations, meeting minutes etc.
* Assist with various projects and/or on-and-on reports as of analytical purpose, yield-test etc.
* Conduct generic training course internally to new chefs under Central Production Kitchen when necessary

Requirements

* Minimum 1-2 years experience in administrative support, secretarial work or related field. Bachelor degree in Business Administration is an advantage
* Strong verbal and written in English and Chinese and ensure messages are clear, concise and professional
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
* Attention to detail is a crucial requirement, includes reviewing, proofreadig and verifying information to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Strong planning, organization, coordination and communication skills
* Be professional, detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of the team
* Be able to resolve problems effectively
* Be positive attitude and good teamwork, able to work under pressure and willing to accept challenges
