Driver (Limousine Services)

Position Summary

Limousine Service will be provided to guests of Galaxy Macau, Banyan Tree Hotel and Hotel Okura. Limousine drivers are required to provide a safe, easy and efficient transportation service to the guests in a polite and professional manner. This will include interacting with the guests by using Asian Heart Gestures, provide the in car service and assisting guests’ belongings such as luggage.

Primary Responsibility

- Inspect vehicle’s cleanliness, both interior and exterior of the vehicle; rectify vehicle’s deficiencies 

- Regularly inspect vehicle’s condition, including but not limited to undue wear to tires; low tire pressure, unusual vehicles’ engine noise, low water, oil or break fluid. Report promptly for any/all maintenance necessitate

- Be familiar/periodic update to all hotel services/ features; local attractions/activities and tourism related information in order to response to guests’ inquiries quickly and accurately

- Load / unload the luggage from the vehicle for the guests.

- Take extreme care on guests’ and Company’s properties. 

- Ensure a safe and pleasant journey to the guests. 

- Respect traffic / road instructions and regulations including speed limits and consideration for the other road users.

 - Complete every trip’s mileage records accurately. -Meet and greet designated passengers at entry points while pick up.

- Communicate promptly with dispatch center on any guests’ special issue or problem by mobile phone. 

- Actively maintain the vehicle in a clean and organized condition. 

- Understand the operation flow, policies and procedures of Limousine Services. 

- Complete other assignments as directed by the Supervisor- Limousine Services.

Requirements

- Secondary school education or equivalent experienced preferred. 

- Possess a valid driving license for private vehicles. 

- Three years or above local driving experience (at least 6 daily hours on the road). 

- Thorough knowledge of local areas and roads. 

- Hotel transportation experience preferred. 

- Speaks and understands Cantonese, Mandarin and Simple English. 

- Meet job’s attendance guidelines and adhere to Departmental and Company policies. 

- Able to work on shift. 

- Well groomed with professional appearance.
