The Engineer - Electrical & SCS is responsible for assisting the Assistant Manager/Manager in the management of the Electrical and SCS team of Facilities Management (FM) to provide Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of the Medium Voltage/ Low Voltage Electrical Systems, LV Distribution Systems, Generators, Uninterruptible Power Systems, Earthing System, Lightning Protection System, Structured Cabling Systems for the Galaxy Macau Cotai Precinct for the 24/7 running of all business operations in Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE and Administration etc. in terms of business continuity, legitimacy, guest comfort and future development in a professional, labour efficient and cost effective manner.

• Support the Assistant Manager/Manager - Electrical & SCS in data collection, planning, budget management, OPEX budgeting, and CAPEX projects/upgrades in line with the approved FM and GEG business plans.
• Support the Assistant Manager/Manager - Electrical & SCS in O&M Services, A&A works, and Improvement/Upgrade Projects for Medium Voltage/Low Voltage Electrical Systems, LV Distribution Systems, Generators, UPS, Earthing Systems, Lightning Protection Systems, and Structured Cabling Systems, whether in-house or outsourced, to support Gaming, Hospitality, F&B, MICE, and Administration operations, ensuring business continuity, productivity, profitability, and the well-being of guests and team members.
• Support the Assistant Manager/Manager - Electrical & SCS in monitoring, guiding, leading, and managing the Electrical & SCS team.
• Support the Assistant Manager/Manager - Electrical & SCS in maintaining effective communication, coordination, and collaboration within FM, across GEG business units, and with vendors/service providers.
• Support the planning, implementation, and execution of Operation Plans, Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), and Emergency Repairs in compliance with statutory requirements, brand standards, O&M Manuals, industry best practices, and management directives; review and report timely.
• Assist in preparing technical and contractual documents, including specifications, tenders, and contracts, for O&M services related to electrical and structured cabling systems, and monitor execution of related engineering works; review and report timely.
• Support the execution and monitoring of approved Emergency Response Plans, Crisis Management Procedures, Policies & Procedures (P&P), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and management directives; review and report timely.
• Support KPI monitoring and energy performance targets; review, report, and adjust as directed by the Manager - Electrical & SCS.
• Ensure effective implementation of O&M plans through CMMS tracking and KPI benchmarking to meet statutory requirements, brand standards, and energy-saving targets; review, report, and adjust as necessary.
• Perform engineering duties to ensure system performance complies with statutory requirements, brand standards, KPIs, O&M Manuals, industry best practices, and management directives; review, analyze, report, and implement corrective actions.
• Support Sustainability, Workplace Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Risk Management, and Quality Assurance/Control initiatives through participation, training, and communication within the Electrical & SCS team.
• Provide engineering and technical support to all GEG business units as required and in the best interests of GEG.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

任職要求

• Competency in electrical engineering/ mechanical engineering/ BMS, and CCMS preferably with successful completion of a relevant and accredited apprenticeship.
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines plus at least 2 years relevant working experience,
• Minimum 7-year relevant experience in installation, testing & commissioning, operation and maintenance of Medium Voltage/ Low Voltage Electrical Systems, LV Distribution Systems, Generators, Uninterruptible Power Systems, Earthing System, Lightning Protection System, Structured Cabling Systems, BMS, CCMS preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Preferably completed Intermediate Electrical Technician Assessment and/ or Electrician Professional Certificate/License and/ or Confined Space Safety and/ or Safe Use of Mobile Aluminum Towers and/ or Work at Height Safety by DSAL.
• Mature, helpful and pleasant characters with leadership skill, communication technique, proactive & positive manner, team-player spirit, result-oriented mind-set, uncompromised integrity and “CAN DO” attitude.
• High efficiency and good technical background.
• Fluent in both writing and verbal communication in Chinese (Cantonese/ Putonghua) and English.
• PC knowledge including AutoCAD, Words and Excel is preferred.
