職務概述
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Fire Services & VTS and Kitchen systems across the Galaxy Macau Cotai precinct. This role supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of facilities to ensure uninterrupted business operations and a high standard of guest and team member experience.
崗位職責
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance for Fire Services & VTS and Kitchen systems.
- Carry out repair works, alteration & addition (A&A) works, and system upgrade projects as assigned.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency service requests.
- Work closely with engineering teams, business units, contractors, and service providers to support daily operations and facility performance.
- Update and maintain work orders and maintenance records in the MAXIMO system.
- Support business continuity by ensuring the reliability and availability of Fire Services & VTS and Kitchen systems.
- Participate in technical and safety training programmes.
- Maintain professional grooming and conduct in accordance with Company standards.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
任職要求
- Certificate, diploma, or relevant technical training in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Building Services, or related disciplines.
- Hands-on experience in the installation, operation, maintenance, or repair of Fire Services, Vertical Transportation Systems, Kitchen equipment, or CMMS/Maximo systems.
- Experience in hospitality, integrated resort, commercial, or large-scale facilities environments is an advantage.
- Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
- Good teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Basic English communication skills are preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD, are an advantage.
