Position Summary
- lead the overall management of multiple outlet operations
- responsible for ensuring Food quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- plan and lead financial performance of outlet operations towards optimum efficiency
- responsible for the overall team safety and personal hygiene in accordance with company hygiene standards - Accountable for the outlets cleaning and sanitization in accordance with company safety standards
Primary Responsibility
- Lead the overall management of outlet operations with clear defined goals
- Lead and coach the service team, especially the Outlet Managers
- Responsible for ensuring food and beverage quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved
- Supervise and ensure service consistency according to established standard.
- Responsible for marketing strategies including market research, menu planning and recipe development
- Supervise and ensure proper inventory management practice
- Co-owner of the financial performance of operations, along with Exec. Chef
- Participate in research and development of operations process and/or equipment
- Responsible for recruitment in selecting the most qualified/suitable candidates
- Representing service team for inter-outlet/department collaborations
- Ensure all team members adhere to personal hygiene standards, protective wear and hand washing policy.
- Ensure all cleaning and sanitization of tables, surfaces and high risk apparatus such as handles is adhered
- Ensure all Hygiene audit scores maintains above 98 points for Team's hand swabs and surface swab audits
- Ensure team consistently encourages all guests to prioritize personal safety and hygiene prior entering premise.
Requirements
Education: - Diploma in Hospitality/Management - Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Management is an added advantage Experience: - 10 years at a 5-star hotel or reputable restaurant - 5 years Supervisory experience at Outlet Manager level Knowledge and Skills: - FandB product and service knowledge - Alert with FandB related trends - Advance customer service skills - Strong leadership and management skills - Training experience is compulsory - Computer literate with business report writing skills Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken - Team player
