Position Summary

- lead the overall management of operating supplies - responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved - plan and lead on operating supplies expenses

Primary Responsibility

- lead the overall management of operating supplies and Coach the stewarding team - responsible for ensuring hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved - plan and lead on operating supplies expenses as Co-Owner of the financial performance of operations - responsible for inventory management and accurate records - Participate in research and development of operations process and/or machinery - responsible for recruitment in selecting the most qualified/suitable candidates - Representing stewarding team for inter-outlet/department collaborations

Requirements

Education: - Relevant accreditation or tertiery qualification Experience: - 10 years at a 5-star hotel - 5 years managerial experience Knowledge and Skills: - Basic FandB knowledge - Alert with FandB operating supplies related trends - Strong leadership and management skills - Training experience is compulsory - Computer literate Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken - Aged below 55 years old - Team player
