Floral Technician I (Floral)

職務概述

Construct all floral arrangements for the entire property. Follow the correct standards as defined by the designer. Follow through on the correct work processes to ensure that there is minimal wastage of floral product and that all vases, pots etc. are clean and well maintained.

崗位職責

• Report to work punctually and adhere to the correct grooming standards
• Provide a courteous and professional service at all times 
• To have a good knowledge of flower species and foliage 
• Carry out quality control check on the raw product ensuring optimum freshness at all times 
• Ensure that daily floral arrangements are produced per the daily order and delivered on time 
• Ensure that daily floral arrangements are produced accurately per the standards created by the designer 
• Any ad hoc requests for floral are actioned promptly 
• Coordinate and conduct regular inspection of floral to ensure compliance to standards 
• Ensure there is sufficient stock of flowers to properly cope with the operation’s needs and implement good control practices to maximize turnover and minimize wastage
• Ensure adequate supplies of operating equipment is maintained 
• Ensure correct cross charges to relevant stakeholders 
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills with the ability to work with internal departments of a diverse culture
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

任職要求

• Formal floristry training 
• At least 3 years of work experience as Florist 
• Strong written and oral communication skills 
• Basic computer skills
• Solid working knowledge in hotel operations is preferred
