Description:
Primary Responsibility
- Maintain daily Food Warehouse operation, including use dedicated system to receive items, dispatch items, stock take and inventory anagement
- Sort and stack items on shelves/storage boxes in an appropriate manner
- Organize and distribute food and consumables to the appropriate storage rooms and ensure that they are arranged according to standards.
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the food warehouse
- Ensure the provision of quality products
- Check expiration dates, damaged label and packaging
- Implement FIFO (First In First Out)
- Maintain inventory records as required (data entry/documentation)
- Require physical activities at warehouse and accomplish any other tasks as assigned by department head
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse operation is an advantage
- Work 6 days a week in an operational team, flexible regular day off
- Strong physique, able to work in freezing environment
- Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and good teamwork
- Good in understanding Cantonese and Mandarin, basic English
- Basic skill in Microsoft office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
