Position Summary

- Assist with the day-to-day operations of barbershop. - responsible for ensuring service quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved. - responsible for the overall team safety and personal hygiene in accordance with company hygiene standards. - Accountable for the outlets cleaning and sanitization in accordance with company safety standards.

Primary Responsibility

- execute and deliver best service treatments to guests as per Brand standards, including Offering professional barbering consultations. - responsible for ensuring products and services quality, hygiene and work place safety established standards are achieved. - Supervise and ensure service consistency according to established standard. - develop team members, through constant supervision, coaching and on-the-job training, making sure they consistently deliver the products and services according to Brand standards. - Encourage customer loyalty and looking after customer satisfaction by engaging with guests, maintaining accurate and consistent delivery of products and services. - Assist with proper inventory management practice. - ensure all team members adhere to personal hygiene standards, face mask and hand washing policy. - ensure all cleaning and sanitization of chairs, surfaces and High risk apparatus such as scissors and cut throat open razor blades is adhered. is adhered. - Cultivate a positive working relationship with all concerned internal and external stakeholders, functional teams to ensure an effective seamless customer journey.

Requirements

Education: - Certificate in Barbering Experience: '- 5 years experience as Hair Stylist at reputable barbershop Knowledge and Skills: - Passion for barbering - A person who has wealth of experience in premium men's grooming, hair styling and shaving with cut throat blade is essential - Ability to successfully demonstrate all core barbering techniques - Understanding of men's grooming products and their technical functions - Alert with barbering related trends - Advance customer service skills - Facial treatment, pedicure, manicure skills not essential, training can/will be provided or saloon assistant to perform - Training experience - Computer literate Others: - Pre-opening and planning experience of a reputable barbershop will be an added advantage - Bilingual in Chinese and English will be best - No gender restriction - Team player
