Position Summary

Primary Responsibility

  • Work closely with the Assistant Manager in all aspects, in terms of providing and receiving operational information as well as general information.
  • Good communication of handle 24 hours service hotline.
  • Answers all the players’ enquiry, request and problems; build relationships by more engagement, services and offerings
  • Handle Guest membership matters, even though new sign up, re-print, upgrade/downgrade and any inquiry.
  • Handle Guest reservation Gaming salon, Hotel, F&B, event and limo.
  • Ensure Hosts provide a standard of customer service that exceeds customer expectations through anticipating, attentiveness and responding to customer needs and problems with urgency and at the same time displaying friendliness and courtesy 

Requirements

  • Strong writing and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin & English are essential
  • Proactive and effectively handle guest problems; always be pleasant to guest
  • Able to know and remember guest preferences, needs and cultures
  • Knowledge of GEG products, hotel, membership, event, procedures and related service.
