Position Summary
Primary Responsibility
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager in all aspects, in terms of providing and receiving operational information as well as general information.
- Good communication of handle 24 hours service hotline.
- Answers all the players’ enquiry, request and problems; build relationships by more engagement, services and offerings
- Handle Guest membership matters, even though new sign up, re-print, upgrade/downgrade and any inquiry.
- Handle Guest reservation Gaming salon, Hotel, F&B, event and limo.
- Ensure Hosts provide a standard of customer service that exceeds customer expectations through anticipating, attentiveness and responding to customer needs and problems with urgency and at the same time displaying friendliness and courtesy
Requirements
- Strong writing and speaking Cantonese, Mandarin & English are essential
- Proactive and effectively handle guest problems; always be pleasant to guest
- Able to know and remember guest preferences, needs and cultures
- Knowledge of GEG products, hotel, membership, event, procedures and related service.
