Position Summary

As a member of the Corporate Social Responsibility ("CSR") team under the Public Relations department of GEG, the Manager will directly report to the AVP - CSR. The successful applicant will assist the CSR team in developing and implementing CSR programs and community events that shows GEG's commitment to ethical and responsible behavior in the community. In addition, the incumbent will also need to assist with the coordination and logistic arrangements of corporate events when required.

The successful applicant will assist the CSR team in developing and implementing CSR programs and community events that shows GEG's commitment to ethical and responsible behavior in the community. In addition, the incumbent will also need to assist with the coordination and logistic arrangements of corporate events when required.  

Primary Responsibility

- Help identify, build and maintain relationships with various government departments, community groups and charitable organizations;
- Oversee and monitor the execution of GEG’s CSR program;
- Writing analytical sponsorship reports and a wide range of CSR materials including but not limited to newsletters, yearbook and other collaterals in both Chinese and English; 
- Support the day-to-day operation of the CSR team;
- Foster the company’s relationship building efforts with different government departments, community groups and charitable organizations;
- Support in promoting GEG’s CSR efforts to internal and external stakeholders, gather competitor-related information and create impactful value-added events;  
- Assist in formulating project plans and CSR communication strategies, and deliver key messages to relevant internal and external stakeholders;
- Contribute to the development, growth, and motivation of team members so that they can achieve further personal and professional growth; 
- Assist in consoilidating project details for the preparation of event summaries regular reports; 
- Assist in planning and monitoring the team’s KPI and budget.

Requirements

 Certificates and/or degrees in communications/public relations/Translation and Interpretation is preferable;
- At least 5 years of solid experience working in public relations/ community relations in Macau;
- Extensive knowledge of the local community and government/ statutory bodies;
- Relationships with government departments, community groups, charities/media;
- Able to work in weekends when there is operational needs;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong commend of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Strong analytical, financial and presentation skills;
- Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, must be able to multitask and work well under pressure and tight timeline.
