Manager - F&B Training

Position Summary

- Lead the overall F&B training and development strategy
- Organize and/or develop program to best meet the F&B operation for continuous improvement
- Responsible to guide the F&B operation teams to meet and exceed the established standards

Primary Responsibility

- Lead the overall F&B training and development strategy
- Organize, develop and/or execute comprehensive program through training needs analysis as well as with reference to concept statement
- Responsible to guide the F&B operation teams to meet and exceed the established standards
- Audit and rectify all aspects of operations (food quality, service consistency, hygiene and work place safety)
- Supervise all F&B related training and development records
- Participate in research and development of operations processes
- Representing F&B and liaise with Organization Development & Training Department

Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management
Experience:
- 5 years professional training for adult learners
- Hospitality F&B experience is an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills:
- Project management, adult educational theories and course design
- F&B product knowledge and service skills
- Alert with F&B related trends
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Computer literate
Others:
- Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken
