Position Summary

Primary Responsibility

  • Explore new gaming products and technology.  Conduct due diligence by way of trade exhibitions and other gaming establishments.
  • Research and form insights that improve the customer experience using technological advancements.
  • Analyze and formulate ideas that deliver customer improvements using successful use cases.
  • Connect with and steer internal departments to develop budgets that advance new developments and upgrades to existing areas.
  • Establish strong relationships with product vendors that encourage competitive advantages.
  • Pilot the creation of initial gaming product prototypes for internal testing.
  • Analyze feedback from CEM & Ops team, and form logical arguments that support improvement methods.
  • Test and evaluate POC status and update findings to executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-departments to ensure the best-in-class customer experience.
  • Ensure products are verified and meet regulatory approval standards.  If needed ensure GLI or BMM testing before launch.
  • Support the delivery of V2028 in hardware and software solutions.

Requirements

  • Hands on experience in product management and business strategy.
  • Hands on experience with managing product roadmaps and project portfolios.
  • Experience in evaluating, proposing and presenting product roadmaps, business plans and programs.
  • Ability to read, write, present and effectively communicate in English is a must.
  • Experience in building and maintaining internal and external company partnerships.
  • Understanding of basic legal frameworks around patent and copyright laws, company agreements and exclusivity.
  • Understanding of the Integrated Resort business with a focus on gaming.
  • Preference to candidates that are able to read and write simplified and traditional Chinese and speak Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Experience in working with a vendor as Sales, Product Management, Business Development or Marketing is a plus.
