Position Summary

This position supports the HR data analysis and reporting initiatives. Key focus areas include assisting in the development and implementation of analytics frameworks, managing HR&A data models and databases to support data-driven decision-making within the HR&A function. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance HR&A reporting capabilities and drive insights that support organizational goals.

Primary Responsibility

  • Assist in designing and implementing analytical frameworks to provide actionable insights into HR metrics, trends, and workforce planning.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data through data quality control processes and validating data sources.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and identify analytics solutions that address challenges.
  • Provide guidance to HR team members on data interpretation and reporting tools, fostering a culture of data literacy within the HR&A function.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR analytics technologies and tools, evaluating their application to improve reporting capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data analysis, with a strong understanding of HR processes and data.
  • Proficiency in database management, data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI, Clickhouse), and statistical analysis software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting findings to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing sensitive HR data with a strong commitment to data privacy and security.
